Freight Damage & Inspection
Inspect, document and report. Your product and carrier's written instructions take priority.
At delivery
Where the carrier allows, check the packaging and accessible parts before signing. Photograph the shipment, packaging, labels and any visible damage. Note specific damage or missing packages on the delivery receipt and keep a copy.
If you find damage
Keep the packaging, do not assemble or discard damaged items, and contact the seller and carrier promptly with your order reference, receipt and photos. Ask for written instructions before refusing a shipment or arranging a return.
Concealed damage & claims
Inspect unpacked items as soon as practical. Reporting deadlines, responsibility and remedies depend on the carrier, supplier and order terms; no universal deadline or replacement guarantee is stated here. Request the applicable written process before ordering.
General guidance pending supplier-specific policy confirmation. This does not limit your statutory rights.
