Delivery & Site Prep
Our focus is Alabama and Georgia. Coverage for any address is confirmed on your quote.
Before delivery day
- A level site (gravel, concrete or ground, depending on the structure)
- Clear access for the delivery or install crew — gates, slopes and trees matter
- Overhead and underground utility lines located and marked
- Any required permits obtained
- Property lines and setbacks confirmed
Timing & coverage
Lead times depend on the product, supplier and season, and weather can move dates. We'll share the current estimate with your quote.
Whether delivery and installation are available — and what they cost — depends on the structure and your location. Your quote will spell it out; we don't assume free delivery or included installation.
Freight is not installation
Some products travel by less-than-truckload (LTL) freight. Curbside delivery usually does not include assembly, placement in your backyard or installation. Confirm unloading equipment, liftgate availability, driveway access and whether a delivery appointment is required for your specific order.
Delivery costs and estimates must be verified for your ZIP before you commit to a custom or freight-sensitive order. No shipping price or delivery date is promised until confirmed in writing.
