Question 1

How do I get a price?

Accepted Answer

For custom or freight-sensitive structures, request a delivered quote with the size, options and ZIP so the full cost can be verified. Only verified fixed-price, online-ready models can offer direct checkout; no unverified starting price is shown.

Question 2

Is a quote a commitment?

Accepted Answer

No. A quote is free and there's no obligation to buy.

Question 3

Can you quote custom sizes?

Accepted Answer

Many structures can be built to non-standard sizes. Availability depends on the product and supplier — include your ideal dimensions and we'll confirm what's possible.

Question 4

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We focus on Alabama and Georgia. Whether a specific address can be served depends on the product and supplier coverage — we confirm it on your quote.

Question 5

What site preparation do I need?

Accepted Answer

Plan for a level site with clear access for delivery or installation. Some structures need gravel or a concrete pad. We'll go over requirements for your specific structure before you order.

Question 6

Is installation included?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the structure and supplier. Your quote will say clearly whether installation is included, available separately, or not offered.

Question 7

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Lead times vary by product, supplier and season. We'll give you the current estimate with your quote rather than a general promise.

Question 8

Do I need a permit?

Accepted Answer

Permit rules are set by your city or county and depend on size, use and placement. Check with your local building department before ordering — obtaining permits is the property owner's responsibility.

Question 9

Do you offer financing?

Accepted Answer

Third-party financing may be available for some purchases, subject to the lender's approval and terms. Send a financing inquiry and we'll share what options, if any, apply. We can't guarantee approval, rates or payments.

Question 10

Are there any current specials?

Accepted Answer

Supplier promotions come and go. Ask when you request your quote and we'll tell you if anything applies — offers are subject to availability, eligibility and change.
